AppsFlyer buys oolo in deal estimated at tens of millions of USD

AppsFlyer, the global leader in marketing measurement, attribution, and data analytics, has announced its acquisition of oolo, a leading AI-powered user acquisition and monetization decision-making platform.
Arnon, Tadmor Levy represented AppsFlyer, the Israeli unicorn, which has reached USD 400 million in Annual Reccurring Revenue (ARR), while Herzog acted for oolo.
It is hoped the acquisition will accelerate the company’s mission to revolutionize the way app developers and marketers operationalize their data.
