U.S. cyber giant CrowdStrike to buy Israel’s Flow Security for USD200m

U.S. cybersecurity giant CrowdStrike Holdings is buying Israeli cloud data runtime security solution company Flow Security for a fee believed to be around USD200 million, according to Globes.
The acquisition will enhance CrowdStrike’s cloud security offering with comprehensive real-time data protection spanning endpoint and cloud environments, delivering a cloud data protection platform that secures data in all states.
Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. advised Amiti, Amdocs Ventures and Singtel Innov8 on the sale of their portfolio company Flow Security to CrowdStrike.
In September 2023, CrowdStrike bought Israeli cloud security posture management company Bionic.ai for an estimated USD350 million.
