Israeli company Codefresh Inc. merges with Australia’s Octopus

Codefresh Inc. is to merge into Octoplus Deploy, an Australian tech star, backed by Insight Partners.

Founded in 2014, Codefresh has become an Argo maintainer and a figure in the Kubernetes CD ecosystem and revolutionized the way cloud-native applications are developed, deployed, and managed.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Octopus Deploy, positioning it as one of the largest privately held companies in the DevOps sector.

With over 4,000 customers, more than 270 employees, and over £47.3 million (USD60 million) in annual revenue, Octopus Deploy has achieved sustainable, profitable growth in the CI/CD market.

Goldfarb Gross Seligman advised Codefresh, with the transaction led by Amir Raz, Lev Gaft, Guy libzon, Gal Barak, and Maayan Perry from the firm’s International and Hi-Tech Department, together with Shay Fahima andJosef J. Sternthal (Tax) and Ella Tevet and Tomer Levy (IP and Privacy).
