Minrav Group Ltd. raises NIS 265 million on the TASE

One of Israel’s leading real estate groups, Minrav Group Ltd. has completed a public issuance of a new series of bonds backed by real estate assets in the US, raising NIS190 million, as well as an expansion of an existing series of bonds to institutional investors, raising an additional NIS75 million.
