Chile’s Admetricks is sold to Israel-founded Similarweb

Publicly listed Similarweb has acquired Admetricks, the Chile-based creator of powerful ad intelligence software, that is slated to form the core of the new Similarweb Ad Intelligence product.

Founded in 2007 in Tel Aviv, Similarweb went public on the NYSE in 2021.
