BeyondTrust buys Israeli cyber company Entitle for USD150m
U.S. intelligent identity and access security company BeyondTrust has agreed to buy the Israeli company Entitle.
BeyondTrust is an intelligent identity and access security firm and the acquisition aims to integrate Entitle’s cutting-edge JIT access and modern identity governance into BeyondTrust’s Privileged Identity Security platform, effectively addressing the challenges of privileged access management (PAM) in cloud and hybrid environments.
Tel Aviv-based BeyondTrust is a worldwide leader in intelligent identity and access security, enabling organizations to protect identities, stop threats, and deliver dynamic access.
