Yevulei Shemesh developing renewable energy projects totaling NIS 2 billion

Israeli insurance company Phoenix will invest €100 million in renewable energy projects, as a sponsor equity for the projects.
Shibolet advised Yevulei Shemesh, a private company that has solar projects in Israel, Poland and is also promoting projects in Greece. The company also plans to build wind, solar and storage projects in Europe totaling NIS 2 billion.
The company is represented by Alon Ziv, Chair of Shibolet’s Energy and Infrastructure practice, as well as associate Sivan Moran and intern Lotem Almog.
