Tenable acquires Israeli cyber startup Eureka for tens of millions of USD

Leading U.S. cybersecurity company Tenable has bought the Israeli startup Eureka Security.
Founded by industry veterans Liat Hayun and Asaf Weiss, Eureka specializes in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), helping organizations secure their data across multi-cloud environments.
This acquisition will enhance Tenable’s capabilities, providing its customers with even better cloud risk management.
Arnon, Tadmor Levy represented Tenable, with the transaction led by Ben Sandler, Barry Levenfeld, and Michael Portman. Ofir Levy and Ofir Paz handled tax matters.
New York partner Bill Roegge of Cooley also advised Tenable on the transaction.
