U.S. Tricentis buys Israeli startup SeaLights in estimated USD150m deal

Tricentis, a leading American software testing solutions provider, has acquired Israeli startup SeaLights. Although the companies did not disclose the acquisition cost, estimates suggest it is approximately USD 150 million.

Founded in 2015, SeaLights operates as a software quality intelligence platform that enhances Tricentis’ offerings.

This acquisition strengthens Tricentis’ market position by integrating advanced capabilities that provide heightened visibility and insights into code and testing processes throughout the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline.
