Israel’s national water company, Mekorot reported a successful bond issue: almost 3 times the planned financing round.
Goldfarb Gross Seligman advised Mekorot, with the transaction led by
Esther Koren, Chairperson and Head of the Department, partners Yifat Sheftel Ben-Zvi and David Ullstein, and advocates Shelly Barad Levy and Ofri Halevi.
