Global cyber company Fortinet buys Israel’s Perception Point for USD 100m
Fortinet Inc., a leading global cybersecurity firm, has acquired Perception Point Ltd., an Israeli company specialising in advanced protection against content-based cyber threats across email and cloud platforms.
Founded in 2015, Perception Point has gained recognition for its innovative solutions in the cybersecurity landscape.
Goldfarb Gross Seligman represented Perception Point, with a legal team led by Michael Heller, Amir Yariv, and others from its Hi-Tech, Tax, and Labor departments. Simultaneously, Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. advised investors Red Dot Capital Partners, NGP Capital, and Pitango on the sale, marking the culmination of their initial investment in the company.
The transaction underscores Israel’s formidable reputation at the front of the global cybersecurity sector.
