Tenable Acquires Vulcan Cyber for USD 150M

Tenable (Nasdaq: TENB), a leading U.S.-based cybersecurity company, has acquired Vulcan Cyber, an Israeli cybersecurity startup, for USD 150 million.

The deal, expected to close in Q1 2025, strengthens Tenable’s capabilities in vulnerability remediation and supports its Tenable One strategy to enhance security across cloud and on-premises environments.

and Arnon, Tadmor-Levy represented Vulcan Cyber in the transaction, with Ben Sandler leading Arnon’s legal team. Vulcan, founded in 2018, will continue its operations in Israel, expanding its development and sales teams under Tenable’s global strategy.

This acquisition marks Tenable’s third deal in Israel in five years, reinforcing the country’s role as a key hub for cybersecurity innovation
