Israel’s Ceragon Networks buys End 2 End Technologies of the U.S.

Ceragon, a leading solutions provider of end-to-end wireless connectivity, has acquired End 2 End Technologies, LLC, a US systems integration and software development company serving private networks, primarily in the energy and utilities markets.
Through this acquisition, End 2 End Technologies adds unique expertise in the Energy and Utilities markets, providing proficiency in radio frequency communications that will increase Ceragon’s wireless capabilities.
The buyer was represented by a team from Mintz, led by Israel Practice Chair Ran Zioni and associate Jason Miller.
