Beit Shemesh Mega-Project Breaks Deadlock

Following years of legal and bureaucratic battles, the long-delayed Bialik Project in Beit Shemesh is finally moving forward.

IsraCap Grand and Afi Nativ successfully navigated the competitive tender process, securing authorization to demolish existing residential units and begin construction. The development will include 2,000 new apartments alongside extensive commercial and employment spaces.

This breakthrough marks a turning point for the project, which had even reached the Urban Renewal Authority due to prolonged disputes. Legal representation for the transaction was led by Yoav Zahavi and Golan Laihtman, along with Shoval Yaacov from ERM.
