Blue Square Raises NIS 480m

Blue Square Real Estate Ltd., a major Israeli company operating in the commercial real estate sector, has completed a public offering of commercial securities (NAAM), which raised approximately NIS 480 million.
The transaction strengthens the company’s liquidity and supports ongoing property development initiatives across Israel.
Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano advised the issuer, with the deal led by Moti Yamin, Head of the Capital Markets and Securities Department, alongside Yonatan Haimi and Ofir Saada, who played key roles in structuring and executing the offering.
