Red Dot Capital Partners Raises USD320m For Third Fund
Israeli venture capital firm Red Dot Capital Partners has closed its third flagship fund at USD 320m, raising its total assets under management to USD 750m.
The firm focuses on early-growth companies—typically in Series A to C rounds—with annual revenues of USD 1–5m, investing between USD 10–20m per deal. It has already backed four startups through the new fund: Finout (named Globes’ Most Promising Startup of 2025), Stigg, Oligo, and Bria AI. Red Dot concentrates on enterprise software, AI, and cloud infrastructure, sectors that continue to attract capital despite broader market volatility.
The firm previously backed major exits including Global-e (Nasdaq IPO), Armis (acquired for USD 1.1b), Granulate (sold to Intel for USD 650m), and Paragon (valued at USD 900m in a strategic deal). Its first fund achieved a 5× return, while its second nears full repayment.
