Israeli Cybersecurity Unicorn Armis Raises USD435m

Armis Security, an Israeli cybersecurity company, has secured USD 435 million in new funding, lifting its valuation to USD 6.1 billion as it moves toward an eventual IPO.

Operating in the fast-growing cyber defence sector, the company is now targeting USD 500 million in ARR over the next 18 months, positioning itself as one of Israel’s most valuable and ambitious cyber firms.

Goldman Sachs has made a significant investment in Armis, which provides an AI-driven platform for asset visibility and threat management across IT, OT, IoT, and cloud environments.

Herzog Fox & Neeman advised Goldman Sachs, with the team led by Yair Geva and including Efrat Kesler Kadmon, Dr. Ehab Farah, Daniel Reisner, Yara Ayoub, Orly Katzir, Chen Davidian, Karen Elburg, Stav Cohen Bracha, Olga Pery, Daniela Nitzan, and Hagar Naor.
