ISA Group completes Israeli bond IPO

ISA Group (I.S.A Holdings Ltd.), an Israeli holding company operating across industrial and infrastructure-related activities, completed a public bond offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, raising NIS 120 million and entering the public capital markets for the first time.
The transaction marked the company’s debut as a publicly listed issuer and strengthened its long-term financing structure. The closing date was not publicly disclosed.
