Omni Bridgeway sharpens strategic focus on Israel
Omni Bridgeway, a leading global legal-asset investment firm with over AUD 5 billion under management across dedicated funds, has appointed Nathan Krapivensky as an Investment Advisor to lead its Israel strategy and reinforce the ASX-listed firm’s strategic focus on Israel.
The move underscores growing demand for sophisticated legal finance solutions in the region, particularly for complex, high-value disputes.
In his new role, Krapivensky will concentrate on originating and assessing dispute investment opportunities and connecting high-quality matters with institutional and private capital.
He brings extensive cross-border experience spanning disputes, capital markets, and transactional work, having held senior roles at Clifford Chance and Taylor Wessing and gaining investment banking experience during a secondment at Rothschild & Co.
