Israeli eezyimport expands U.S. footprint

Israeli logistics and supply-chain technology company eezyimport Inc. acquired Lee Hardeman Customs Broker, Inc., a U.S.-based customs brokerage and logistics provider.
The target holds a U.S. customs broker license and operates as a registered land freight forwarder, enabling eezyimport to broaden its U.S. operational capabilities and strengthen end-to-end customs clearance and freight services for international trade flows.
Shibolet advised eezyimport on the acquisition, which was led by partners Ofer Manor and Inbal Marciano, together with associate Amit Levy supporting the cross-border transaction.
