Israel’s cyber industry hits historic highs in 2025

Categories: Hi-Tech

Israel’s cybersecurity ecosystem closed 2025 with record fundraising and unprecedented exit valuations, data released by Cybertech Global and IVC shows ahead of the Cybertech Global Tel Aviv 2026 conference.

Total capital raised reached USD 8.27 billion, surpassing the prior record from 2021, while exit value soared to approximately USD 72.6 billion, driven largely by three mega-transactions — including deals signed by Wiz, CyberArk, and Armis that are yet to complete.

The report found that while the number of deals remained stable, average deal sizes roughly doubled to USD 60 million.

The ecosystem itself expanded, with 597 active cybersecurity companies now operating in Israel — an increase over the prior year — and most focusing on software and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
