Alon Blue Square Israel completed an expansion of its third bond series, raising approximately NIS 600 million in the Israeli capital markets. The transaction marks the company’s third bond series expansion within the past year and reflects continued investor confidence in the group’s financial position and capital management strategy.
Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano represented the issuer in the offering. The firm’s team included partners Moty Yamin and Chen Balaban Magen, and associate Barak Stainberg (Capital Markets).
