Orion Security raises USD32m Series A
Orion Security completed a USD 32 million Series A financing round led by Norwest, with participation from PICO Venture Partners and IBM, bringing the company’s total capital raised to USD 38 million.
The financing reflects investor confidence in Orion’s autonomous, real-time AI platform designed to prevent data leakage and provide a next-generation alternative to traditional data loss prevention (DLP) solutions.
Arnon, Tadmor-Levy represented the investors in the transaction, providing legal support across the commercial, contractual and strategic aspects of the multi-investor round. The team included partners Yarom Romem and Elan Loshinsky, and associates Aliza Haber Feld and Sefi Becker representing Norwest; with partner Daniel Damboritz, and associates Nataly Margalit and Josh Hauser representing PICO Venture Partners and IBM.
