Nebius buys Israeli startup Tavily in deal reportedly worth USD275m

Nebius is acquiring Israeli agentic search startup Tavily in a deal reportedly worth USD 275 million.

Tavily develops real-time search and retrieval tools designed specifically for AI agents, enabling more accurate, context-aware, and dynamically updated outputs. The acquisition will integrate Tavily’s agentic search layer directly into Nebius’s AI cloud platform, enhancing developers’ ability to build and deploy autonomous AI applications with embedded real-time web access and grounding capabilities.
