McCormick & Company agreed to a USD 44.8 billion cross-border combination with Unilever’s food business, bringing together global brands across condiments and seasonings in a landmark multi-jurisdictional transaction.
Epstein Rosenblum Maoz is advising McCormick on the Israeli aspects of the deal, coordinating across global workstreams to address Israeli legal considerations.
