Israeli data security company Cyera agreed to acquire Ryft, a startup — also based in Israel — whose platform helps organizations automate and secure data management to support the rollout of AI systems and autonomous agents.

The transaction is estimated at USD 100–130 million and comes amid accelerating enterprise AI adoption and rising demand for stronger data protection and governance. For Ryft and its backers, the deal represents a notable outcome, as the company raised just USD 8 million prior to the acquisition.

Meitar represented Cyera, led by Yasmin Ziv, Avi Sanders, Naveh Weiss, Omri Davidov, Hila Silverstein, Daniel T. Kessler, and Niva Barg Livnat.

Herzog advised Ryft, with a team of Yair Geva, Miri Wang, Liam Atia, and Uri Barak.
