Nofar Energy acquires Shoham land for NIS361m data center project

Nofar Energy acquired approximately 32 dunams of land in Shoham for the development of a 45 MW data center, for aggregate consideration of approximately NIS 361 million.
The transaction was carried out through a dedicated partnership established with B.S.R. Group, which holds a 10% interest in the partnership under a partners’ agreement entered into as part of the deal. The acquisition marks Nofar Energy’s first strategic entry into the data center sector.
Herzog represented Nofar Energy on the transaction. The firm’s team was led by Amos Naim, Shira Margalit, Yoni Cohen, Avihu Sason, and Dolev Bracha.
