New Regulations Regulating the Duties of the Bid Coordinator and the Conditions for Crowdfunding Offerings

Israel Securities Authority (“ISA”) has published new regulations regulating the duties of the bid coordinator and the conditions for crowdfunding offerings. Issued on June 26, the new regulations, offering securities through a bid coordinator, apply to companies, which have not offered securities to the public on the stock exchange and are interested in raising small amounts of money from a large group of investors.
