Glow emerges from stealth, raises USD180m at USD1.2b valuation
Glow has raised USD 180 million at a company valuation of USD 1.2 billion, becoming a unicorn within a year of its founding.
The Israeli cybersecurity company, founded by former Meta executives Roi Tiger, Alon Haimovich, and Guy Shapira, develops an AI-native endpoint security platform designed to address risks created by AI agents and new forms of machine-driven enterprise activity.
The financing was led by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, Operator Collective, and Holly Ventures. Glow said the funding will be used to expand sales and marketing, grow its workforce, and continue investing in research and development.
Meitar represented Glow in the financing, with a team led by Itay Frishman, Danna Rotstein, and Tal Binder.
