Kislev Agriculture sells Hadera logistics property to Mega DC for NIS100m
Kislev Agriculture Ltd., a subsidiary of publicly traded E Schnapp Co Works, has sold approximately 16 dunams of land in the Hadera industrial zone to Mega DC of the Mega Or Group for NIS 100 million.
The property includes an approximately 8,500-square-meter logistics center, along with related rights and obligations. The site is expected to support Mega DC’s broader development plans in Hadera, including access roads and infrastructure serving the nearby Alliance factory complex.
It is considered strategically important because it is expected to help resolve certain proprietary and operational complexities connected to the structure of the land rights, which historically formed part of the Alliance factory site.
