MED-1, Tnuport, and the Dahari family have entered into an agreement to jointly develop an 18 MW data center in Israel, with total project investment estimated at approximately NIS 700 million.

As part of the transaction, Tnuport and the Dahari family sold MED-1 a 70% interest in the land designated for the project. The parties also signed a partnership agreement governing the development of the new facility.

The project will add to Israel’s expanding data center infrastructure as demand for cloud computing, AI workloads, and digital services continues to drive investment in high-capacity facilities.
