The ACC International Forum will host a webinar with UK law firm Fladgate LLP focused on the legal considerations Israeli companies should address when doing business in the UK.
The session will provide an overview of key issues including incorporation structures, fundraising options, tax considerations, and employment matters for companies establishing or expanding operations in the UK.
