Herzog, DLA Piper, ACC Israel examine global pay transparency rules

Categories: Labor & Employment

Herzog, DLA Piper, and ACC Israel hosted a global employment webinar on October 13 examining the rapidly evolving rules surrounding pay transparency in Israel, the US, the UK, and the European Union.

The session addressed practical questions facing employers, including whether candidates can be asked about previous salaries, whether employees may discuss compensation with colleagues, when salary ranges must be disclosed, and how organizations should approach pay gaps and equal-pay obligations. The discussion also considered how regulatory developments are affecting recruitment processes, compensation structures, reporting, and workplace relations.

Herzog‘s speakers included Moria Tam-Harshoshanim and Nir Gal.

The team from DLA Piper included Jeremy Lustman, Brian Kaplan, Vinita Arora, Dr. Kai Bodenstedt, Agnieszka Lechman-Filipiak, Naomi Maryles, and Yehudah Gordon.

ACC Israel Executive Director Nira Poran also spoke.
