for its long history in high profile M&A, private

equity and capital markets transactions. During

the past 12 months, the team acted as legal counsel

to International Flavors & Fragrances (“IFF”) in its

USD 7.1 billion acquisition of Israel-based Frutarom

Industries- in a deal that made IFF the largest

flavoring company in the world. The firm also

advised another international buyer, Singapore

investment company, Temasek Holdings on its
