Acquisition in cyber sector as OSPWAT buys InQuest

OPSWAT, a leader in critical infrastructure protection cybersecurity solutions, has announced its acquisition of InQuest, known for its innovative Deep File Inspection® and RetroHunting™ technologies.
This acquisition builds on a long-standing partnership between the two companies, which began in 2013. With this acquisition, OPSWAT aims to enhance its capabilities in the federal market and improve defenses against network-based threats.
Greenberg Traurig’s Tel Aviv office advised the buyer.
