Ad-tech company Innovid acquires TV Squared Ltd for USD 160 million

Advertising tech company, Innovid has acquired TV Squared Ltd., a measurement and attribution platform, in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately USD 160 million.
The move comes as Nielsen’s dominance of TV metrics wobbles, leaving the field in flux.
Israeli-founded Innovid focuses on streaming television.
DLA Piper was lead deal counsel for Innovid in both the U.S. and UK and worked closely with Israeli law firm, FWMK.
