Alon Blue Square Israel completes NIS 490 million corporate bond offerings

One of Israel’s most recognized holding groups, Alon Blue Square Israel has completed a successful raising of approximately NIS 490 million in a public offering of two new series of corporate bonds of the company.
Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co with Hamburger Evron’s Capital Markets Department, led by partner Moty Yamin, together with associate Ofir Saada accompanied the company in the issuance.
