Amot Investments raises NIS 720 million – and additional NIS 350 million – in a three-stage issuance of capital and debt

Agmon & Co., Rosenberg Hacohen & Co. advised Amot Investments on the issuance of NIS 720 million – and additional NIS 350 million. Partners Shirel Guttman-Amira and Ran Felder of the firm’s Capital Markets department represented Amot on this issuance.
Separately, Leumi Bank has also raised NIS 1.7 billion as part of an expansion of two existing series of bonds as well as the issuance of a new series of commercial papers. Partner Ran Shalom and associate Marom Bouznah represented Bank Leumi on this issuance.
