Arad Group wins tender previously “won” by Cellcom

Arad Group, a world leader in water metering, has won a bid worth NIS 90 million for Meniv Rishon’s tender to supply and maintain a remote water meter system, after their petition to cancel the Cellcom’s win was successful.
The District Court accepted Arad’s claims that Cellcom was not eligible for the tender due to a fault in their forms.
The court ordered Meniv’s tender committee to return to discussions, which eventually decided to accept Arad’s position, disqualified Cellcom’s offer, and announce Arad as the winning bidder.
