Coro has successfully acquired start-up, Privatise, in a significant acquisition which concludes Coro’s amazing growth with USD155 million total funding raised in the last 12 months. Herzog acted for Coro, with the transaction led by partners Yoni Frider and Raz Ofer, together with support from associates Rei Even-Chen and David Ardila.
