Avihai Stolero and Themis company acquire control of Eden Water for NIS200m

Themis, a publicly traded Israeli company, and businessman Avihai Stolero have acquired control of Eden Springs (Mey Eden), a leading mineral water provider, from Primo Water Corporation.
The deal involves a cash payment of approximately NIS 200 million and the assumption of debt, bringing the total transaction value to NIS 400 million.
Primo Water, a global beverage investment corporation, divested Eden Springs as part of its strategic realignment.
The legal representation was led by Agmon with Tulchinsky advising Themis and Stolero.
