Axon Enterprise Inc., the U.S.-based public-safety technology company behind TASER and Axon Cloud, has agreed to acquire Israel’s Carbyne Ltd., an emergency-communications platform specializing in cloud and AI technology, in a transaction valued at USD 625 million.

The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2026.
