Bain Capital Ventures Leads USD 100M Investment in Dream Security

Dream Security, an Israeli cybersecurity firm specialising in protecting critical infrastructure such as gas rigs and nuclear plants, has raised USD 100 million in a funding round led by U.S. Investment firm Bain Capital Ventures, valuing the company at USD 1.1 billion. Additional investors include Group 11, Tru Arrow, Tau Capital and Aleph.

The investment strengthens Dream Security’s market position, supported by its annual recurring revenue of USD 100 million.

Goldfarb Gross Seligman represented Bain Capital Ventures in the transaction. Herzog represented Abu Dhabi’s TAU Capital in its investment in Dream.
