Bank Leumi raises NIS 4.4 billion via bond issuance after strong investor demand

Bank Leumi, one of Israel’s top banks, successfully raised NIS 4.4 billion following strong institutional investor demand of NIS 6.7 billion. The issuance included a new series of contingent convertible bonds (COCO), commercial papers, and an expansion of existing bond series. All instruments received top ratings from S&P Global Ratings.
