Bareket Backs Major Sde Dov Project

Israel-based investment firm Bareket Capital will provide approximately USD 312 million (NIS 1.15 billion) in financing to 203 landowners for the development of Plot 105 in Tel Aviv’s landmark Sde Dov redevelopment.
The project, located on the site of the city’s former beachfront airport, will feature 372 residential units, 66 hotel units, and commercial space, forming part of a prime new urban quarter. The financing involves collaboration with Migdal Insurance, Menora Mivtachim, and Amitim.
Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) represented Bareket Capital, with the deal led by partner Eran Mizrahi, supported by May Fima Cohen.
