bioMérieux acquires Accellix
bioMérieux, a global leader in in vitro diagnostics, completed the acquisition of US-based Accellix, expanding its diagnostic technology capabilities and strengthening its international footprint. The transaction reflects continued consolidation in the diagnostics and life sciences sector, as strategic buyers pursue differentiated platforms and rapid-testing solutions.
Herzog Fox & Neeman acted as Israeli legal counsel to bioMérieux on the transaction, with the team being led by corporate partner Ory Nacht, with support from associates Raji Aweis and Tomer Gordon, alongside partners Dr. Ehab Farah, Ofer Granot, and Maayan Hammer-Tzeelon, and associates Dor Furer and Daniel Roytman Yanay.
Mayer Brown also represented bioMérieux in the transaction, led by partner Bill Kucera.
