Blue Square completes third issuance in three months
Blue Square Real Estate Ltd. has completed another successful issuance, the third in the last three months. The company issued NIS 454 million worth of corporate bonds to the public.
EBN’s Capital Markets department, led by Moty Yamin, Hagar Guri, and Meni Kogan, accompanied the company. EBN also represented Blue Square Real Estate in the two previous issuances of debentures made in the last three months – amounting to NIS 153 million and NIS 110 million respectively.
“No specific purpose has been set for these issues, and they are expected to be used by the Company mainly for the refinancing of existing financial liabilities and for its current operations, said Moty. “In our opinion, the sequence of issues stems from the state of the markets and the ability to raise debt on favorable terms.”
