Blue Square Real Estate has successfully issued commercial securities, raising NIS 460 million.

The current trend of raising funds through the issuance of commercial securities is very suitable for the high interest rate environment and uncertainty in the markets.

EBN’s Capital Markets department advised the issuer, an Israel-based real estate company and subsidiary of Blue Square Israel Ltd (BSI).
