Stéphanie has been running the Tel Aviv Office of Bersay & Associés since 2009, when she made Aliyah from France. Her
expertise comprises M&A, restructuring, share capital transactions, shareholders agreements and commercial contracts.
Since she has been located in Israel, Stéphanie has been involved in the financing by an Israeli Bank of the sale of Veolia
Israel, acquisitions in France by Israeli companies in the high-tech and cosmetic fields, the setting up of French entities
on behalf of Israel companies and the daily management of their French legal needs (financial, real estate, employment,
tax, commercial, etc.), negotiation of license and commercial agreements for Israeli Companies with French large cap in
the marketing and telecom sectors.
Prior to moving to Israel, Stéphanie was involved in key matters in France such as the acquisition of the number 118
000 SAS by Telegate, the sale of the Plaza Athénée by Dorchester Group, the sales by Areva of various subsidiaries,
the restructuring of Relais & Châteaux and the negotiation of its commercial agreements. Stephanie’s practice also
focuses on the development of privileged relationships between French and Israeli companies and authorities in order
to raise commercial interests and business flow between the two countries. She is admitted to practice in Paris since
1999 and in Israel since 2011.
