Camtek acquires Germamy’s FRT Metrology for USD100 million

Israeli company Camtek Ltd. has announced it has agreed to buy FRT Metrology from owner, FormFactor Inc., for USD100 million in cash.
Shibolet and White & Case represented Camtek, with the addition of FRT’s unique technology, will provide customers with broader and more comprehensive solutions for inspection and metrology while solidifying Camtek’s leading market position.
Camtek develops and manufactures inspection and metrology equipment for the chip industry.
The Shibolet team was led by Lior Aviram with partners Vica Schreiber, Maya Malin and associates Jonathan Neumann, Yotam Shor and Amichai Fixler.
